Description
The session begins with relaxing the mind and body by breathing and doing a body scan to release the stresses of the day. There will be a short, guided meditation as Jeanine soothes your soul with the calming and vibrational sounds of her instruments. A way to reduce stress, promote healing by slowing down the brain waves and guides you into a deep meditative state. Helps with sleeping, chronic pain and increases creativity and energy.
