Want to free yourself from tension and stress? Lose weight? Build strength and flexibility? Then it’s time to get moving!
Our instructor, Viki Boyko, combines breathing and mindfulness with functional fitness moves. Viki will lead us through a 6-week series designed for all levels, incorporating modifications for those who need a bit more support. If you have a strap, belt or towel have it handy for the class.
