David’s music can be heard regularly on CBS and NBC sports, cable TV shows like Pawn Stars, Catfish, Counting Cars and American Restoration

Pianist David Morgan is a musician for life. For him, it’s music 24/7. After a childhood of playing in rock bands, competing in classical piano competitions, putting on solo Keith Emerson keyboard shows and producing demos on his 4-track cassette recorder, he knew a life of music was the only soulful and logical choice. When he was 19, he moved to New Orleans to study with jazz legends Ellis Marsalis and Harold Battiste at The University of New Orleans. Since migrating to the east coast in 1992, he has had a rich career of touring, recording, producing, writing and teaching. He has recorded and toured the world with his jazz trio, renowned vocalist Neshama Carlebach, Peter Himmelman and actress/songstress Jane Lynch, to name a few. His original music can be heard regularly on CBS and NBC sports telecasts and cable TV shows like Pawn Stars, Catfish, Counting Cars and American Restoration. This past June he was the musical director for the benefit concert, Trevor Live, in New York City.

Music Education has become a very important part of Morgan’s career. His rock band training program, The Music Shed is in its 9th season. He developed this program to give middle and high school musicians the opportunity to get extensive coaching in rock, jazz and blues music in a weekly small group setting. Lately, Morgan has been producing and recording his students’ original music and plans to release a Music Shed Artists Vol.1 album in early 2018.

The additional members of his quartet include: Brian Glassman - Bass (Lionel Hampton, Kenny Burrell, Billy Cobham) One of NYC area's most in-demand double bassists, BRIAN GLASSMAN is best known for his work in Jazz, and Klezmer musical styles. Some of the Klezmer and Jewish music stars that Brian has worked with include Andy Statman, Frank London, Zalmen Mlotek, Alicia Svigals, Mandy Patinkin, Sid Beckerman, Pete Sokolow, Theodore Bikel, Adrienne Cooper, and Neshama Carlebach. Jazz greats like; Paquito d'Rivera, John and Bucky Pizzarelli, Lionel Hampton, Kenny Burrell, Benny Golson, Randy Brecker, Gene Bertoncini, Billy Cobham to name just a few. Brian and his historic c.1820's Prescott American double bass are featured on new recorded releases from, Neshama Carlebach, Woody Mann, Carol Hall, Andy Statman, Klezmerfest, Liza Minnelli, and the Johnny Rodgers Band. Brian is an Ambassador of American Music for the U.S. State Dept. and Instructor of Jazz Bass at Princeton University

Tyger MacNeal - drums. (Average White Band, Jose Feliciano) Redding resident Tyger MacNeal spent three years touring and recording with The Average White Band before joining seven-time Grammy award-winning guitar legend Jose Feliciano for over two decades. He has also performed with such notables as The Four Tops, Rosemary Clooney, The Fifth Dimension, Billy Eckstein, The Shirelles, and Little Anthony, to name a few, and has many credits on Broadway.

Tyger has toured, performed, or recorded with: 5th Dimension, Four Tops, Little Anthony, Mills Brothers, Boots Randolf, Freddie Fender, Kay Starr, Patty Page, Donald O'conner, Tony Martin, Jerry Vale, Rosemary Clooney, Sherry Winston, Rory Block, Charlie Karp, Rhett Taylor, Kelly Mittleman, Jay Rowe, Gil Parris, Arlen Roth, Johnny Winter, Average White Band, Jose Feliciano, Crushing Recording, Mamma mia.

David DeJesus- Alto Saxophone. Alto Saxophonist David DeJesus has been on the New York City Jazz scene since the late ’90s and has established himself as a key player in numerous bands in various genres. In jazz, David has performed with the Village Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, the Mingus Big Band, the Dizzy Gillespie Alumni All-Stars, and Jimmy Heath’s Big Band along with many others. In Latin jazz and salsa, David has shared the stage with Ruben Blades, Larry Harlow, Gilberto Santa Rosa, and Tito Rodriguez Jr. David is currently a member of the Grammy Award–winning Arturo O’Farrill Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, the Grammy-nominated Bobby Sanabria Big Band, and the legendary Ron Carter’s Great Big Band.
