Vernal pools are one of the most fascinating and overlooked areas in Ridgefield. Learn about their secrets from Inland Wetlands Board Commissioner Tim Bishop and how they can be identified and found. . . sometimes in your own backyard!

Tim will review their importance as critical inland wetland resources and how they should be protected and managed.

This program will be held at the Ridgefield Library on Tuesday, March 18th at 7:00 pm. It is sponsored by the Ridgefield Conservation Commission.
