Looking for a way to stay grounded and rejuvenated this spring? Join us for this popular and inspiring 4-week virtual series with Viki Boyko, an experienced instructor who incorporates mindfulness with functional fitness moves.
This series will incorporate modifications to make sessions available for all levels — from beginners to more experienced yogis. For those who need a bit more support, having a strap, belt or towel can help assist with the moves.
