Goat Yoga

Cost: $35 per guest (Registration fees are non-refundable, if cancelled due to weather only, the fee may be transferred to a future class.)

Look who’s coming back to the sanctuary…our four-legged GOAT YOGA friends from Bradley Mountain Farm! Melt into the serenity of the sanctuary while you stretch, breathe and enjoy the company of these playful creatures. We all could use a little more zen in a busy world and goat yoga is the perfect way to calm the mind, body and soul. If you’ve been looking for a great activity to do with friends, family or just to treat yourself, this is it!
All classes are held outdoors at the sanctuary. Instructor, Heather Morgado of YogaSpace, and the goat yogis from Bradley Mountain Farm are looking forward to seeing you soon!
- Classes suitable for all levels & styles and taught by Heather Morgado.
- Limited to 48 guests. All must register (no walk-ins).
- Please dress in comfortable clothes and layers. Many participants like to bring a towel with their yoga mats.
- Ages 10 & up (children must be accompanied by an adult).
