Description

Microplastics are ubiquitous in the environment and can be found in marine and freshwater ecosystems, food, air, and drinking water.

Learn more about this important issue with consultant, educator, researcher, and explorer Tim Keyes as he shares the results of sampling done around the country, including at New Pond Farm in Redding.

Following the discussion, there will be a private showing of The Voice of the Hudson, a 50-minute documentary film about the monumental trip 8 high school students took down the length of the Hudson in 2023, from the Adirondacks to Manhattan, taking water samples along the way.
